Conditions of use

Prices:

All our prices include VAT. Nordic Shine reserve the right to adjust the prices at any time.

Payment:

Nordic Shine exclusively accept advance payment with Visa/Mastercard via Dibs Payment Services.

Shipping and handling:

All our deliveries are made by DHL, through DHL Service Points. Shipping costs are charged according to DHL price list.

Handling times:

We normally ship within 10 days of having recieved your order if all the ordered products are in stock.

Return policy:

Nordic Shine work in line with the Swedish "Law of distance purchasing" (Distansavtalslagen). This gives the buyer (when a private person, non-applicable to commercial customers) the right to return the purchased product within 14 calendar days, though atleast 7 work days, from having recieved the shipment.

The product/s must be unopened and in the same conditions as when recieved.

Nordic Shine must be notified before returning any product/s. The buyer will provide for shipping costs if wanting to return any product/s.

We apply a special policy for the following products which will be notified upon purchase: CS1995 Zymöl Atlantique Glaze, 1999 Zymöl Vintage Glaze and 12001 Zymöl Royale Glaze.

Returns:

All returns must be approved by Nordic Shine before being shipped. Any returns that are shipped to us un-approved will not be collected.
This correspondence will be handled through email.

Dispute:

If there is a dispute that cannot be handled between Nordic Shine and the customer, our policy is to always abide by the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (Allmäna Reklamationsnämnden).
